HIIT & FIT
In this class, you will go through intense interval circuits to some heart-pumping music! Give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short and active, recovery periods.
Insanity turns old-school interval training on its head to get you insane results! Work all out in 3 to 5 minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to catch your breath and get right back to work.
