- All Guests are required to fill out a Release of Liability Form to activate Guest Pass.
- Each guest must provide a Photo I.D. (no exceptions) and must be at least 18-years of age without a parent/legal guardian.
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (if age is between 12-15 years).
- Guest Passes are reserved for Local Residents (must reside within 10-miles of the Dynamic Fitness location).
- Guest Passes can only be redeemed once every 120 days.
- In order for Guest to be issued a Guest Pass, Guest must provide a Photo I.D. and sign a Release of Liability Form.
- Non Local Residents – Paid Guest Fee is:
- $10 (plus tax) per day with a Member or $20 (plus tax) per day without a Member

- Member may bring just 1 Guest per visit during staffed hours. Dynamic Fit Level (Everyday) and Premium Level (Sat/Sun Only).
