Desafío de 90 días

The 90 Day Challenge was created in 2012 to help our members stay focused on their fitness goals during the holiday seasons. We created this competition to promote healthy weight loss vs a traditional weight loss program. This program balances the competition where anyone has a chance to win as we reward not only on fat loss but also muscle gain to develop a healthier body fat %.

Contest begins Oct 10th and ends January 10th.

Early Entry is September 1st through 21st and Late Entry is September 22nd through October 7th.

• You must be a member to join the 90 Day Challenge.
• Member must have an active membership status and be in good standing with no outstanding payments.
• Member must not be a direct family member or spouse of a Dynamic Fitness employee.
• Member must be enrolled in the Dynamic Results Program.
• Member must attend 3 Results Sessions a week during the duration of the challenge.

Please see your club’s manager to secure your spot and get enrolled into the 90 Day Challenge and when enrollment begins. You can submit the form above to let the club manager know you are interested in enrolling.

Men

+1 point for losing a pound of fat

-1 point for gaining a pount of fat

+3 points for gaining a pound of muscle

Women

+2 point for losing a pound of fat

-2 point for gaining a pount of fat

+5 points for gaining a pound of muscle

We use our InBody Analysis Scan to ensure we maintain accuracy with clients body metrics. Inbody has a 98% accuracy for measuring body fat % breakdowns.

All rankings will be posted on this web page after weigh-in periods to update all participants.

You will receive an email from our Dynamic Rewards Program to notify you, based on your placing, notifiying you of your eligible rewards to redeem. Make sure your information is current in your membership account. You can view and modify your information through the Dynamic Fitness App.
