Kid Zone Policy Update (2–11 Years Old)
Dear Valued Members,
We are writing to inform you of an important update to our Kid Zone policy at Dynamic Fitness.
Effective June 16th, 2025, the Kid Zone will be available exclusively for children aged 2 to 11 years. This means that, starting on this date, we will no longer be able to accommodate children under the age of 2 in our Kid Zone facilities.
Why This Change?
This decision was made after careful consideration of several factors, including:
Safety: Our Kid Zone is designed to offer a safe and engaging environment for your children while you focus on your fitness goals. By adjusting our age policy, we aim to ensure that we are providing appropriate supervision and activities tailored for children aged 2 to 11.
Staffing and Resources: Focusing on a narrower age range enables our staff to provide more specialized attention and ensures that resources are allocated to best support the children’s experiences.
No Grandfathering Policy
We understand that this change may impact some of our members who currently utilize the Kid Zone for children under 2. To maintain consistency and fairness, we will not be able to grandfather in existing arrangements. All members will be subject to the new age policy as of June 16th, 2025.
Support for Affected Members
We understand that adjusting to this change may affect your childcare needs during your visits. To assist during this transition, we are offering members the option to downgrade their membership should their current plan no longer align with their needs.
If you prefer, you may also choose to cancel your membership in accordance with the standard cancellation procedures outlined in your membership agreement.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make this adjustment to enhance the Kid Zone experience.

Kid Zone Policy FAQs
1. What is changing with Kid Zone?
Starting June 16th, 2025, the Kid Zone will be open for children aged 2 to 11 years. Children under the age of 2 will no longer be eligible to use the Kid Zone.

Dynamic Fitness offers a supervised Kid Zone. Children under 2 require additional care and attention. This update ensures a safe, appropriate, and engaging environment for the children we will continue to serve.
3. Will current families with infants be allowed to continue using Kid Zone?
No. All members, regardless of when they joined, must follow the new age policy. There will be no exceptions or grandfathering.
4. What options do I have if this affects my membership?
We are offering members the ability to:
- Downgrade their membership if their current plan no longer meets their needs.
- Cancel their membership by following the standard cancellation procedures outlined in their membership agreement.
Our team is available to assist you with any membership changes.
5. How will check-in change?
Parents will continue to check their children into the Kid Zone as usual, but staff will verify ages to ensure all children meet the 2–11 years age requirement.
