Zumba (8:00am - 9:00am)
Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. This workout combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class!
Aqua (8:00am - 9:00am)
Water exercise is great for all ages & fitness levels. Our classes offer a blend of low impact cardio moves, water resistant training & stretching. Resistance tools that may be used are buoyant water weights and noodles. The benefits of water classes are increased flexibility, increased range of motion, promotes weight loss and can help relieve arthritis and joint pain. Most of all it is FUN!
Cycle (8:30am - 9:30am)
This class is designed for ALL fitness levels. Enjoy high energy indoor cycling class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by a unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
BodyPump (9:00am - 10:00am)
BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
SH'BAM (10:00am - 11:00am)
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
