Water exercise is great for all ages & fitness levels. Our classes offer a blend of low impact cardio moves, water resistant training & stretching. Resistance tools that may be used are buoyant water weights and noodles. The benefits of water classes are increased flexibility, increased range of motion, promotes weight loss and can help relieve arthritis and joint pain. Most of all it is FUN!
Fitness is a splash with our invigorating Aqua Zumba® class. It blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one fun pool party! There is less impact on your joints during an class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
